We started as caretakers at Martjos Apartments, where we saw first-hand the frustrations landlords face when dealing with unreliable caretakers and disorganized property management. At the same time, as tenants ourselves, we understood the struggle of searching for a house in an unfamiliar area, dealing with middlemen, and ending up with a bad experience.

That’s when we asked ourselves: What if property management could be professional, transparent, and stress-free?
